Heroes of the Storm Nexus Captain by Blizzard Entertainment.
This is a Bystander Unit (aka Doodad) that hangs around on the Dragon Shire map given the animations of the Lich King. It is a mostly rigged humanoid unit (although with no mouth). There are actually a lot of humanoid units like this and this is just an example of what you can do with them (if you played my custom campaign you probably saw a couple).
I did not add the Team Color; it actually came with it by itself. Between that and sharing a face with the standard Nexus units, it makes you wonder what it REALLY used to be for.
