The sky is kinda bad i suggest that you change it to something else.
otherwise i must say that it is quite good.

Yes, the sky is too, white. I don't find it too horror-ish either, tbh. Though it is rather good as a terrain, won't just fit the theme you set very well.

Ya, add a darker fog. The buildings look kinda icey white. The railroad tracks look a little odd, since they enter the mansion. Is it a ride!?

besides the above points, personally i think the entrance is a little bit messy, and the entrance glow is sort of out of place

i love the building though

Thats not scary =/

Try to:

- Add a dark sky
- Add a dark fog
- Add a few torches on the entrance
- Remove those light doodads
