I was wondering if there was a way to hide an inventory (From enemies and allies) I want there to STILL be an inventory but NOBODY but the player who owns the unit, can see his/her inventory. +Rep to whoever helps!

Change it here >> Menu >> Advanced >> Gameplay constant
It say "Hide enemy inventory" but in the game it will hide "Both allies and enemy."
Don't hide only which unit you've owned.
