67chrome: You should try reading the skin submission rules before hitting the accept button. One of them states that you need to do 75% of a skin freehand, witch happens to not include the use of copy-and paste, which is primarily what this skin is created from. You also seemed to destroy the alpha channels in the skin, making areas such as the neck-frill of the cloak look awkward. If you want to get serious about getting a skin submitted here, I would recommend looking at some of the skinning tutorials at this site, and practicing your freehand work with whatever art program you are using.

It's kinda cool tbh, but it lacks everything that's.... needed.
The balc parts have no shading what-so-ever, and the runes on the cloak is (I Think) Custom Gimp brushes or CnPd from something else.
