actually it doesn't look like an ICE WARRIOR.[for me] it looks like a guy worn out some fancy clothes with blue dyed hair.

TIP: search for quite-desirable pictures of sci-fi mutant icemans and compare what lacks in your skin that the picture has..ok?

yea i agree with L, looks like you just recolored it and drew some black outlines on his armor
