67chrome: Not enough freehand content. The tones are almost all the same, there is not enough highlights. If you want more feedback on any of your skins you can start a thread for them in the 2D art forums in the forums section. Right now all of your skins need more work to be approved, and you should really read the skin submission rules before posting another skin; none of the skins you submitted seem to abide by them. If this is the first PM you're reading from me it's the last one I've written, you might want to start at the opposite end of the PMs sent about your skins from me, as some of them reference decisions made about a skin moderated before them.

Comment to all of your submitted skins:
They're all recolors, filters and/or smudge-bombs, there's no real art in it. Everything is blurry, messy and not defined. I don't know how to improve them, except to start all over again. Also, if you want to improve your skills, you should study some 2D art tutorials. Links are in my signature.
