Hero Level

My hero can only reache level 5 for some reason and i cant understand why, anyone know how to fix this?

Probably related to the fact that creeps only give XP up to level 5. (and the XP gain is reduced for each level gained until 5, too.) That's a warcraft standard, and you can change it under 'Gameplay Constants' - There's a creep EXP table.
