How to make unit be selectable but so that you cannot command it to do anything even tought its your unit.

why would u want that, and maybe you could switch it owner of that unit to neutral passive, but idk whay u want from it

I think this will work go to object editor and click on what type your unit is then go down to movement and change the Movement Type to none.

The simplest way is to make the unit a "ward".

"Ward" automatically has all the buttons disabled so that you can't see them (you'll notice it when you select the shadow hunter's serpent wards).
