I need help with the quests thing that is at the top left corner and how to make it custom. Please help i have no clue at all.

Quest - Create a Required quest titled Title with the description Blablabla, using icon path ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNAmbush.blp

When you say custom you men really customizing it? (ex: editing it so it will not be named as quest, and like "mission")
Advanced -> Game Interface
Search for the strings that apply for the quest interface.
