Help with Joomla

Please help me! I'm currently using joomla to create a website, and my media manager seems to have an error! Instead of showing as most other people seen, it looks like an online folder. Because of this, i can neither upload images nor making a folder inside the stories folder. Does anyone knows how to solve my problem (At least tell me how i upload an image if the media manager looks like that, since there is no upload option)?
