Help modifie a loading Screen plz

hi all! i whould like to have a new loading Screen that show all player download progress and also that show the mini map BOTH MODIFICATED any idee how do we do it? plz Help i give you credits in map and +Rep point of course i dunno if it sounds leggit or if its possible so i show u a screeni shot to be more clear thx to all Screen Shot:
