Help! Can't find spell bug...

Hi there all map-modders, could anyone help me with this? I am making a new spell (Electric Cable) which fires out a unit (locusted) that goes and drags the first unit it encounters to the caster. However, there appears to be a bug which I cannot seem to find...Help would be greatly appreciated

By the way...when starting the map pick the Goblin Engineer - He's the one with the buggy spell.
