This doesn't look very haunted at all but i do like it thought some sizing related problems the dock for 1 no is quite large either make it smaller or maybe the boat bigger. I like the elevation but some of it looks like u need a rope to climb up it maybe smooth that out. Last thing maybe everything smaller or the house a little bigger i know it's suppose to be small in the background but right now it looks like its a haunted house for dwarfs but all in all i rate it a 7 since its quite impressive in it's simpleness.

Looks good, I think your going for a more "off" sort of effect then a straight up haunted one. It seems like it shouldn't be there, secluded on that island and the larger trees work to make it seem a bit smaller then it really is, sort of like a "toy house" effect.

-If your going for a more creepy something's probably wrong here effect then I would keep going, the music and background noises work to fit that along with perhaps some moving furniture inside the house (maybe as you move through rooms some of the furniture subtly has its location switched around, not something huge and noticeable but something small that once again gives you a feeling something is unsettling about the house - you should definitely have some statues near the entrance on the inside to block you in when something goes terribly wrong.)
