This is actually probably one of the least offensive icons you've been able to make from the AI especially the zoomed version. However the background is still unfitting, the eyes should be redder and the ears bigger. Whilst Panda's crop is good inspiration it should merely be inspiration and you should attempt to make something that looks better. The background is also unfitting for a Warcraft 3 icon.
On a more artistic note, the icon is boring, the model has a sneaky, evil grin to it and personality. Personality that is lacking from this icon.
