Getting a unit's current attack speed?

I've seen some threads on this topic, but since they're all 10 years old I figured I might as well ask and see if anything has changed. Is there a way or method to get a specific unit's current attack speed in triggers? You would think that with two ways built in (Unit - Attack Interval and Get Unit Weapon Real Field) one of them would serve that purpose, except they both return the default atk speed of the unit, making them fairly worthless as soon as any modifiers are introduced.

So is there a method out there or is the only way to check for agility, items and buffs and calculate it based on that?
