hehehe you set it in the Game Consultant on top of your map click the advanced scroll the mouse down you'll see (Game Consultant) (Game Interface) click on the game consultant a box will appear scroll the bar up and down and look in there you will see ( Hero Maximum Level 10 ) remember to checked box the custom setting on the top of the box , ok you just double click on Hero Maximum Level 10 , a small box will appear change the number 10 to 100 200 500 700 any level you like
