Forcing Player Races {without using "fixed player settings"}

Is there a way to force all players to be orc without using fixed player settings, because that requires forces and I don't want to force teams.

- Create 1 great hall for p1 start loc
- Create 5 peons for p1 at start loc

there is, just go to force properties and tick "fixed player settings" and then set the race in player properties to Orc
