Im making a Map in which i have the feedback ability... Have u ever played battle for icecrown?

The number of mana taken comes up near the unit and then fades away. How do i do that? i hope its not custom scripts cause i have no clue how to do that stuff... so can i get help with both?

Its floating text. There are several actions for it in the trigger editor. You could fake it using this, or you could use dummy spells. I suggest the first way.

I don't have my WE open right now, but I think that there's a transparency field under the Floating Text actions.

Change orb of slow to become orb of mana burn, they did that (And I did that too) because in the first patches custom feedback was burning a lot of mana ignoring the data fields
