Farm Plot Land Model

Can someone provide me a farm plot model that it looks like a plot of land where you can plant stuffs? Or maybe plants? (I haven't seen much proper crops/farming models here, XGM and WC3C [Missing cameras, no proper death animations/doodad use only, no variety]), or plants that looks the same but has variety (ex. a plant with a vine, but one grows grapes and one grows avocado).

Im looking for models that will work for farming simulator/farm sandbox.
