I noticed that quite a few have been making Eye of the Storms maps recently and I made this to help them one of them, thought I might as well share it beacuse I won't use it myself.
It is perhaps just a recolor of the outland terrain, but it is not just tinted, I went in there with the brush in gimp2 aswell.
