[Trigger] Every 25 seconds replace unit with another unit

I'm fairly new and not sure what the problem here is

Triggering Unit refers to the unit that "activated" the trigger
When you're using "Pick every unit in blablabla" you have to use Picked Unit.
See? Pick every unit, picked unit. The name is telling you what it is.

Also, in the Condition you have to use Matching unit, not triggering unit

Replace the Unit type of Picked unit to Unit type of Matching unit
Keep the Replace (Picked unit) with a villager.
