Emperor's Champion Warhammer 40k Model Request

I'm looking for someone who may be able to help me get a model for a new aos called "Galaxy in Flames W40k AoS", and I was wondering if I could request someone to make a model for a hero that will be added called the Emperor's Champion. I will post many pictures alongside this post, and if anyone is able to help with this, I will be eternally grateful. Basically, I want it to look like the pictures, and maybe based on the Arthas with Frostmourne Model. Black Sword, Black armour, tunic.
