A good lizardman model, but the animations are rather... numb. Consider updating them and particularly, the 'Walk' animation. Changes made. Works in-game. Approved!

The animations are very stiff. This model would be better served using in-game animations, edited afterwards if you feel like anything is missing. I don't mean to be rude, but your animation skills need work, which is a shame because it's harming a great looking mesh with very powerful and creative use of textures.

i agree that the rest of the model is much better than its animations, and i wouldnt use it because the animations are much stiffer than other units in the game. You clearly have talent though, i think you will make very good stuff in the future.

Corrected the name of the walking animations.
Walk fast - first frame is not the same as last one, check his scroll on the belt. The model itself looks exotic :peasant-thumbs-up:, so the sword stands out a bit but its your choice, I would recommend use Textures/Footman or Knight for shiny effect, unless you meant to show it dark magic sword.
By the way, it uses magic then sword? Sounds like skyrim when you start mage build and end up with 100 onehanded
