What game is it you need them for?

For Dota 2 you can use GCFScape to extract models, sounds, etc.
The textures are probably saved as .vtf so you're going to need VTFEdit to change from .vtf to .png.

Then you just open up \common\dota 2 beta\dota\pak01_dir.vpk with GCFScape.
