Out of interest what is stopping you from making it yourself? There are a lot of free and open source image capture and editing programs now.

I just recorded gifs once or twice and I'm no expert on the matter. I used Screen to gif made by Nicke Manarin available at ScreenToGif - Record your screen, edit and save as a Gif or video only for Windows. I cannot give the program a rating due to my inexperience but I got my gif made.
