[General] Custom UI Hero Icon drag & drop item

Hello, I am trying to make a custom hero icon on the left border.

There's one behavior that I don't know how to reproduce : it's the drag & drop of item from the inventory to the icon button which is used to pass item from one hero to another.

I just wanted to ask if any one knew/think it's possible to re-code this behavior, thanks.
