Custom Keybinds

I don't spend much time re-doing keybinds for default units because I figure if the player really uses keybinds, then they would have configured custom keybinds. For custom units I bind them to QWER. But a few players complain about their keybinds, I feel like that's a "them" problem since the custom keybinds started working. To be fair it's a bit confusing to configure. It's a waste of time to make sure everything is keybound to QWER grid when players can control it them selves - atleast somewhat easily for default units.

Just wondered if anyone has any thoughts on this topic.
 
I think epecially when working on fringe map projects (and not something that already has a playerbase) it is worth the time to make it more approachable. warcrafts default hotkeys are a hot mess. not everyone has their own keybinds. QWER or some other simple system will make your map much more approachable, and give it a better chance to gain traction and attract a playerbase.
