Command Icons Position

Well, its been a while that I posted something here [hurr hurr]

So guys, this is still WE related so...
I want to ask for the position codes of the command icons in the UI
What I am referring here is the ability icons of a unit

I want the X,Y thing in the UI. example; X - 2, Y - 3 then the icon will be at the top

I need the codes for ALL the slots ;p
