I think the 0.99b is better.
You didn't fix the tooltip, you didn't enlarge the starting region
if I spawn any hero, I can kill the kiddo of the enemy team and they won't be able
to pick in that tavern and you can't repick from that tavern aswell if you picked the wrong
hero.
