Change the flags of the human barracks

Hello, i'm making a Kul Tiras campaign and i would really appreciate having a skin of the barracks with the Kul Tiras banner, instead of the original with the Lordaeron banner.

There you go. You'll need to import custom textures along with the Kul Tiras Garrison.
