Challenging DotA Hero Test Map

I need someone to make a test map of this hero.
Additionally, I'd like to have some contact(such as msn, skype, mail) as the hero is still in progress in terms of balancing/animation so contact is needed. I might accept suggestions regarding concept/balance/names/etc so you would have your part in it
