Can't find an existing model in several hours

Hello there, to start, apologize if i'm not in the good place to post this

Well, i have a problem, i've been looking for hours for a model (or a texture) i don't know what it is

I've been looking everywhere i could, i know it was used for exemple in The second book of arkain campaign, but i couldn't find it looking on that thread also, it's kind of a''famous'' model, seen it in a lot of maps, but still i can't find it

For sure, one of you will have an idea, or even better, a link !
