What u mean by 'model version of the skin'? Skins are for existing (usually default models). Why do you hate skins?

because I don't like replacing units models oh i mean like create a model that looks just like the skin

Then extract appropriate model with various mpq tools and change texture path to skin you want to use.

i have zero modeling skill my skill lies with gui and mui systems and the skins r of footman

Please clarify three things:
1. What skins you want to get to models?
2. Why and for what you need it?
3. Why stacking up extra map filesize, when you can get the skins on original warcraft 3 units?
