Can someone help me figure out why my model won't work in worldeditor?

I'm updating the Lich King model i recently submitted, but after re-skinning it (not my skins) it wont show up in the world editor after importing it. Anyone want to download it and take a look? it works fine in the model editor, just not in world editor so its probably something stupid. The portrait also doesn't work in world editor which makes me think something went wrong when i switched the skin from Nerzularmor in the mpq to arthas_helm.blp

Tried it out, works just fine. The path for custom skins in world editor has to be just "LichKing_Arthas.blp" No "war3imported/". Also made all his armor 2 sided in model editor, looks better.
