Can any1 help me make items like such in dota?

I have been working on map editor for like a week now but i still havent figured out how to make meastrom...lol It would be great if someone shows me how.

give an item the ability "Orb of Lightning(new)" and change the % ability thing to chain lightning

So how do i manage the dmg from chain lighting because that spell has 3 lvl. Does the item shoots out chain lighting lvl 1?

Each level can be assigned a different ability. Meaning if you want it to have 3 levels, you need 3 dummy chain lightnings.
