I know CnP is against rules but i really don't care if it is CnP just as long as it's useful...And it seems every icon i look at everyone says CnP if they are not a known icon maker. From what i see it deserves a 4/5, as he seems new i doubt he can provide a "Big Picture" Because allot of new icon makers do not know they need one and throw away everything they don't need.....I'm going to leave the judgement of this to an icon moderator....
