The face of the wolf is amazing, but i think the 'hair' needs more work. Also, you could add a little body in the background, instead of showing only the head.

Looks cool, but it is a bit uneven.

I love the face. its quite well done. but if it is supposed to be a tribal mask of some sort, it needs way more feathers(?) coming out of it. don't be afraid to fill up the whole BG with those feathers.

Also, try to make them more colourful and realistic. keep the circle of the feathers going. it looks like it stops abrubtly on the edge and changes direction of which they are pointing oh so suddenly.
