enjoy: Doesn't really look like a shield, I suggest you change the shape of it. It also doesn't really look like a water shield, I'd suggest you make it look like the shield has waves or something like that in it.

Its quite to small, increase the size a bit. Also, It really isnt a water shield, because i see no water here. I would create water effects such in this icon. I would follow this and create your own watery effect around or in the icon.
