Aww that's cute!
To begin with. Do you have his permission to upload an icon of his model?
While the icon is corresponding the model quite well, I think you should darken the eyes a bit and make them have that "evil look" (eyebrows pointing down closer to the nose) instead of how they are now. The eyes looks a bit sleepy if you ask me.
Other that that I think the icon resembles the model very well. You just need his permission.

I understand that the model resembles a comics character, but this doesn't mean we'll give up with the shading.
So, in order to get an icon better than a simple screenshot, i suggest u to work on the shading. The face, eyes, and cloak need a bit of shading too.
