Uh...did you even read the rules or you just scrolled down and accept the rules and click submit/upload (forgot)?
Because It contains not enough freehand.
You just added a white gradient on the vial of the Empty Vial Icon and used another radial gradient with low opacity.
Please delete or improve.

Sorry, but this is based on ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNVialEmpty.blp, so there is no picture in original size (maybe Blizzard has one, you could ask them 
).

i agree.
i would just rework a bit the quality of the stopper of the vial. like a better shading and make the lines more obvious.
