Hmm, for me the spear... isn`t spear at all. Maybe improve a little bit it`s shape. A little blood imporovements would be nice too but anyway it looks really good as it is now so there`s not much to change on it.
But overall it`s really nice, and after small improvements can be really amazing ;]
