enjoy: It lacks highlights and shading, and should be a lot more detailed. Also, not a fan of the red bright base color. Also, the edge should be thicker so that it's more visible.

Sorry, but that's not a shield. Maybe have a base picture of one so you can make something that resembles a shield.
