It's a little bright, but I like it.

Is it better now? I've reduced the glow and redrawn some lines (and removed some unncessary lines which appeared after resizing).

I see what you mean. However to draw "warcraft-y" things you should practice and find how to do it for yourself (unless there's a tutorial how to do "warcrafty" things). As for me, I am not capable of drawing "warcrafty" icons yet.
I hear the peon's voice: "Not enough skill! You should construct more icons!"
