Well, I guess it fits the model right but I think as an icon its horrible.
Its blurry, you can see the pixel corners and without seeing the actual model you have no idea what it is.
I suggest you do a new icon from scratch with more details that shows it is a robot head (even though they do not exist or can be seen on the original model) or you make an icon which shows the entire robot and not just the head of.

draw it, dont SS it.. it's blurry 
.. maybe someone will not use ur icon to fit your model, they can use the original icon from WE to fit ur model.. that's what i suggest and thought
