i dont like those black outlines and as there is no shading whatsoever i doubt you'll get this approved without changes.

This icon could be MUCH better than it is now.

You can:

Try to remove the background and make it black.

Remove the black lines and define it with shading instead.

Make the rainbow effect look less generic, and make it flow better on all sides.

Make the little sign thing in the middle of the stone fit in with the rest, currently it doesn't represent much but a squiggly line with short squiggly lines through it.

If you want, make a small rainbow aura-ish thing around the stone (provided there is a black background).

Needs shading :/ And best thing for this could be vector graphic cause it looks strange while it is one rainbow without any special angle going throught everything(now it looks like wired cage(blacklines) with some rainbow plate in it :/)
