[ @The Panda ] It's a Plasma Strike. We've got our beam and a swirl with a bright light and nice blue background It's drawn well and has a nice effect. I'm in two minds about the detailing I can't decide if it can use a bit more of if it's a perfect amount and adding more would over-complicate it. Either way its a good looking icon.
