I approved ur other night elf icon not coz it doesn't have flaws, but coz they harmonize somehow with the rest and the outcome was acceptable.
But to this one u exaggerated.
I advise u to work more accurately, if possible.
I suggest u to make her skin lighter.
It isn't necessary to emphasize heavily all of the hair strands, coz it leaves the impresion that she has only 4-5 strands on her head and that's all.
Make those strands less thicker(just a bit), and emphasizes only as needed.
Also, i suggest u to work on face features, especially - on proportions( eyes, nose, lips, chin).
