Please fix the skin tone, the necks tone looks different than the facial tone. Also the hair could use some more love, it looks too rushed. Add more details towards it or add some texture and brighter contrast to bring it to life.

Her bangs are roughly drawn, it's almost moldy. Avoid using thick black lines to cover the edges, it destroys her feminity.

Well, I tried many times to fix the current icon, but it seems it does not have potential. Can't do anything about it. I've just drawn another one, which I suppose it does not really look like her lol.. more of a queen-y Jaina.
