Use http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/button-manager-v1-8-2-a-116280/ to get quick icons. De-saturate the background a bit, as it draws way too much attention. Still, I found this icon quite nice.

Auuughhhh do I have to desaturate the background? I would have to go to the original, desize it, reborder it, and convert it -_-
