very low quality of the image, means firstly its blurry as hell, cannot realy see what is it.
the second problem with the picture it have no... mhm... style or something like that, means its very rough work, that can be made in 10-15 minutes max, and have no idea for. No composition as well. Vote for rejection.

And post these as WIP's to get feedback. These will be rejected for sure and the judge will be right. They are not only amature, they are also bad. Instead of getting bad feedback (like the one of mine, unfortunately), direct yourself to that forum and ask questions of how to define them more, because you will end up disappointed and bearing the illusion of you being lame. You are just a beginner, that's all, but you need to realize the line between an icon to upload and an icon to be viewed by the public. For the time being, prefer the second solution.
